About me
Ever since the birth of my own children, I've always seen the birthing process as one of the most empowering things a woman can experience. Every time I witness a baby born, I am reminded just how miraculous life truly is.
Every birth is unique because every woman is unique. There is no one right way to birth — and I believe that wholeheartedly. My role is never to guide your story, only to support it.
Having emotional, physical, and mental support during the birth journey is so important. Being there for women and supporting them in every way I can is my calling.

Whether you're planning an unmedicated home birth, an epidural, a C-section, or something in between — I am here for all of it. Your choices are valid. Your voice matters. My job is to hold space for whatever your birth becomes.
How I can help
Two or more visits to discuss your birth preferences, practice comfort measures, answer questions, and build a trusting relationship before labor begins.
On-call from 38 weeks, I join you at home or at the hospital and stay with you through every stage — providing physical comfort, emotional reassurance, and gentle guidance.
A warm follow-up visit in those first tender days to process your birth experience, support your recovery, and connect you with any additional resources you may need.
I work with your partner so they feel confident and supported too — giving them concrete ways to be present and helpful by your side throughout labor.
